Four levels, four certificates

Each one says what you can do

Written for the person reading your CV rather than for you: the skills a level covers, in the words a job description uses, and the kind of role it fits.

Level 1 Foundations badge
Level 1

Foundations

Level 3 Marketer badge

How you earn one

Earned, not just attended

A certificate that only proves you opened the pages tells an employer nothing. This one is issued on results.

  1. Work through the level. Short, practical lessons, in an order the placement put together for you. Anything you already proved, you skip.
  2. Pass each module’s test. 10 questions from across the module, pass mark 75%. Retake it as often as you like. Miss a question and it tells you which lesson to go back to.
  3. Pass the last test and it’s issued on the spot. No waiting, no extra fee. Modules you tested out of at placement already count; you proved those at the start.
What you get

Made to be posted

A badge for your feed

1080 × 1080, sized for LinkedIn, Instagram and X, with your name, the level and the link to check it. On a phone it goes straight to your share sheet.

A PDF for your CV

A4, set in the Academy’s own type, with every module the level covered on it. Small enough to attach to anything.

Your LinkedIn, sorted

One tap adds it under Licences & certifications with the date and the link already filled in. That’s where recruiters look.

A page that proves it

Every certificate has its own link. Send it to anyone and they’ll see who earned it, when, and exactly what it covered.

Why it keeps its value

A date and a scope, not just a badge

The platforms change their rules every month, so “knows Instagram” is only true for the week it was earned. Each certificate records the exact specs it tested and the date they were checked, and its page shows, openly, how many have changed since.

It never expires on a timer. When the platforms move, you bring it up to date with one tap, free, and the page records that you did.

Questions

Before you count on it

Is it an accredited qualification?

It is the Academy’s own credential, not a regulated qualification on the national framework. What it gives an employer instead is something most qualifications do not: the exact modules assessed, the date, the platform rules in force when it was earned, and a public page that shows whether those rules still hold.

Does it expire?

No. It carries its issue date and, if you re-verify it, the date of that too — so anyone reading it knows how current it is without an arbitrary expiry deciding for them.

What does it cost?

Nothing on top of membership. The placement assessment, the whole of Module 1 and its test are free; a level certificate needs every module in the level, which is Pro.

What if I fail a module test?

Take it again whenever you are ready — there is no limit and no penalty. Your best result is the one that counts, and the result screen lists the lessons worth another look.

What happens to it if I cancel?

It stays yours. The certificate, its public page, the badge and the PDF all keep working after you leave. Re-verifying it against newer specifications is the part that comes with membership.

Can my whole team earn them?

Yes. Everyone earns their own, in their own name. Team accounts are in early access: we set teams up by hand for now and send a view of who has completed which level.

Which one are you closest to?

Five minutes, free, no card. The assessment places you, skips what you already know, and shows you the path to your first certificate.
