For teams · early access

A training day evaporates. A skills matrix doesn’t.

Book a trainer for the day and you get six people in a room and a deck nobody opens again. This gets every one of them placed across six skill areas, with a path each that skips what they already know. Team accounts are in early access: tell us your team size and we’ll set you up by hand while we build the rest with you.

What we’re building · preview

What a manager will get

Not a completion percentage. A statement of who on your team can do what, updated every time somebody re-takes the assessment. The team view is being built with our first early-access teams; until it ships, we send you the same picture by hand.

A preview with made-up names. Read down the columns rather than across the rows: this team has no measurement capability above level 3 and one person carrying all the paid knowledge, which is the kind of thing a completion report will never tell you.

What you get today

Everything in Pro, for every seat

Per-seat placement

Everyone takes the assessment and gets their own path through all 28 modules. Nobody sits through material they’ve already proved.

Change alerts

When a spec your campaigns depend on moves, whoever signs up hears the same week, with the value it replaced, so you know what to check.

The UK regulatory layer

ASA disclosure, the DMCC consumer regime, UK GDPR and PECR, Online Safety Act duties, tracked as versioned rules, so your team isn’t working from 2024’s.

Coming with team accounts

Built with the first teams, not guessed at

  • The capability matrix. Every skill area across every seat, with movement over time. Individual answers stay private; a manager sees levels, not what anyone typed. Until it ships, we send it to you by hand.
  • Seats you can move. Somebody leaves, somebody joins, the seat follows. Their profile goes with them; it’s theirs.
  • One invoice for the team. With a purchase order reference on it if finance needs one. Early-access teams get this from us directly.
The maths

£15 per seat, per month

Minimum 3 seats. Six seats works out at about £1,080 a year — which, at UK market rates, is roughly what one day of in-house social media training costs for the same six people. The difference is that the day ends and this does not.

We're not VAT-registered, so there's no VAT on top. Stripe emails a receipt after every payment.

How it compares. A seat costs less than monthly Pro (£19), because a team buying six is doing the expensive part of our job for us. For one person paying for themselves, annual Pro (£149 a year) still works out cheaper, and we’d rather tell you that than let you find out.
