On YouTube, the title and thumbnail come first. Then you film. Module 9 is long-form, done properly.

Long-form works differently. It's search, it's watch time, it's a video that earns views for years. This module is the packaging, the metrics YouTube actually rewards, and the structure that holds attention for ten minutes instead of ten seconds.

Lesson 1 is packaging: titles and thumbnails, designed before filming. Lesson 2 is watch time, session time and what YouTube rewards. Lesson 3 is structuring a long-form video: open loops, chapters, payoff. Lesson 4 is the Shorts-to-long funnel. Lesson 5 is the honest comparison: when long-form beats short. And lesson 6 is live streams and podcast formats.

Take a YouTube title. There's a limit, and a smaller number of characters that show in search. Both are on screen now, with the date we last checked them. Every spec here is verified weekly.

By the end, you can package a video before you press record, structure ten minutes that hold, and decide when long beats short for a goal.
